Our Mission is to Ship your Printed Material products right after the printing is completed so they can reach you on time. Normally our turnaround time is 7 to 15 working days depending on your order and product, Quantity and size custom. Please call us our agents for more information if want to have special schedules like Fast delivery in very next day.
The Turnaround Time for order, which is agreed with you for your order delivery, will be starts from the Day you approve the artwork/design, digital Proof through email in writing or Docusign. If there is any delay during the approval of the artwork/design from your end, Galaxy Custom Boxes will not be responsible for the delay in delivering your Printed material products on the agreed time. So we request you to approve the artwork As soon as possible to avoid any hassle.
We are always here to help our customer and this is our mission, so we try our level best to serve you with the maximum level of customer services. We send the PDF proof for your approval so that you can check your design appropriately and let us know if the artwork is “Approved for Printing”. This method is in place to decrease any errors which can ensue in Printing .

You agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products unless you have obtained the proper approvals from the proprietors. You license that your Products do not overstep upon any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, and will not responsible or libel any third party, and that you have all obligatory rights or authorizations necessary to integrate third party material into your Products. By placing an order on this Site, you warrant that you have all needed authorization, right and authority to place the order and you authorize Galaxy Custom Boxes to produce the Printing Products on your behalf.
You can not use Our web Site www.galaxycustomboxes.com to send or use e-cards in any manner that would establish the broadcast of Spam or unwanted e-mails. You may not use any or other programs to automate the formation and/or broadcast of e-cards. Galaxy Custom Boxes have the right, in its only pleasure, at any time, and without prior notice, to boundary the number of receivers to which you may send an e-card and/or bound the number of e-cards that you may refer or send
You decide and agree that you are accountable for defensive your password and monitoring access to your listed account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders engaged or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All artwork or designs and images must be providing in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI Galaxy Custom Boxes is not liable for any color changes that occur in adaptations from RGB to CMYK color modes. We are also not liable for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
Galaxy Custom Boxes will only offer design files at low resolution. .If you would like to buy higher resolution designed files, please call us.
PROOFING & MATCHING
All pattern and printed jobs need customer approval of the final art work and job requirement sheet. Once an order has been placed and payment has been transferred to our Account. Final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be sent to customers via email/ Docusign to get the approval for ArtWork.
We are not liable for color identical or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. We will try to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone. we are not responsible for the final printed of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof. In addition, request of lamination may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.
CUSTOMER IS LIABLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE PRINTING.
We are NOT responsible for errors in a printed product caused by any of the following:
Graphics Alignment or Placement and Inappropriate Font Usage
Spelling, Grammatical and Punctuation Errors
Wrong Die cuts, slits or Incorrect and Missing Folds
Finished Product Size
COLOR ACCURACY UNLESS HARDCOPY PROOFS
Galaxy Custom Boxes will duplicate color from submitted print-ready files as closely as imaginable and possilbe. However, we cannot guarantee full color match and color solidity because of boundaries in the printing processes, different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as adjacent image ink supplies.
Do you want to cancel the ORDER !
Galaxy Custom Boxes will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if you’re ordered item has been Printed or shipped then it cannot be cancelled. Orders may be cancelable during the various production stages but cancellation charges will apply depending on the order you placed.
1) Orders are placed on-line. Via bank transfer, using our EFT or payment gateways.
2) Orders are reworked in our design department.
3) Orders are sent to the press.
4) Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.
All orders are cancelable before stage 2.If an order is cancelled in stage 1; you will be charged £50 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our Production team, design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, minimum 30% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3, and the user wants to have it cancelled; a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for any design services orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.
The customer must us within 3 business days of order delivery of any faults, damage, or missing items exposed in the delivered products. We will not be liable for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.
In order to receive additional products, customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. No returns will be accepted without prior written return approval from Galaxy Custom Boxes.
All charges related to accelerate printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.

Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.
PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:
Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval
EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days
Products will be shipped within 6 business day after final proof approval
In all cases, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM GST otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping times.
Although we will always act to print and ship orders in a timely manner, in no case shall we be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
